Budaily is a lightweight budget judgment app.
Its purpose is to show how much the user can spend today from a period budget.
Budaily is not a household ledger, financial advice service, analytics tool, category tracker, graphing tool, sync service, backup service, or account recovery service.
Budaily is sold as a paid app at store checkout.
Purchases, billing, refunds, taxes, availability, and payment disputes are handled according to the rules of the App Store, Google Play, or the store where the user purchased the app.
The user is responsible for entering budget and spending amounts correctly and deciding how to use the displayed result.
Budaily provides a simple calculation tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or household-accounting advice.
Budaily stores budget data on the current device only.
The app does not provide cloud sync, backup, export, import, restore, or account recovery.
Saved data may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is changed, the device fails, or the user resets app data.
The developer may update, change, suspend, or end distribution of the app when reasonably necessary.
Platform availability may also change according to App Store or Google Play rules.
Budaily is provided as a lightweight utility.
The developer does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every user's specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
