KENTA OSAWA ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy ("this Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the app Hourth ("the App"). This Policy applies to the App distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Hourth is a calculator that translates a price or an amount of time into your own working hours and remaining life time. The App is designed so that its core calculations work without login, account registration, advertising, analytics, third-party tracking SDKs, or server communication. The App does not collect or transmit any personal data.

The App does not collect personally identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or device identifiers. There is no account or login feature. The App uses no advertising networks, analytics tools, or other third-party tracking SDKs, so no data collection or tracking takes place through them.

The App stores only the settings used for calculation, locally on your device (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). This data is kept solely on your device and is never uploaded to the cloud, backed up to our server, synced, or shared with any third party.

5. Automatic Collection, Analytics, Ads, and Tracking

The App does not automatically collect user information. It uses no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, login SDKs, or billing SDKs, and performs no cross-app or cross-site tracking.

The App does not request access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or videos, notifications, tracking, or payment information.

7. External Services and Third-Party Components

To provide its functions, the App uses the Flutter framework together with SharedPreferences (on-device storage), url_launcher (to open external links), and in_app_review (to show the store's standard review dialog). The App itself does not collect user information through these components.

The "Rate this app" action is completed on the App Store / Google Play side; the App does not obtain payment information or the content of any review.

8. External Links

The App contains a link that opens this Privacy Policy, and a link that opens the support page, in your device's default browser. When you tap such a link, the external site opens in your operating system's default browser.

9. Server Transmission and Third-Party Sharing

The core calculation requires no network connection, and the App itself does not send data to any server. We do not share or sell your data to third parties, except where required by law.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Because settings are stored only on your device, deleting the App also removes the locally stored settings, in accordance with your operating system's behavior. As no data is held in the cloud, there is no separate deletion request process needed. Depending on device backups or OS behavior, information may remain in a backup; please check your device and OS specifications for details.

The App is not directed at children, and because it collects no personal data, it does not collect personal information from children. Regardless of age, there is no data to collect.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Policy due to legal changes, changes to the App, or other reasons. If a future version adds network features, analytics, login, cloud sync, in-app purchases, or other external service integrations, we will update this Policy before that release, and provide notice on this page.

Hourth は、価格や時間を「自分の労働時間」や「残りの人生時間」という形に翻訳する計算アプリです。本アプリは、ログイン・アカウント登録・広告・解析（アナリティクス）・第三者トラッキングSDK・サーバ通信を使わずにコア計算が動くように設計されています。本アプリは個人データを一切収集・送信しません。

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・端末識別子などの個人を特定する情報を収集しません。アカウント機能・ログイン機能はありません。広告ネットワークや解析ツール、その他の第三者トラッキングSDKを使用していないため、これらを通じたデータ収集・追跡も行いません。

本アプリは、計算に使う設定値のみを端末内（iOS は UserDefaults、Android は SharedPreferences）に保存します。これらはあなたの端末の中だけに保存され、クラウドへの保存・サーバへのバックアップ送信・同期・第三者への送信は行いません。

本アプリは利用者情報を自動収集しません。解析SDK・広告SDK・クラッシュ解析SDK・ログインSDK・課金SDKを使用せず、アプリ間・サイト間のトラッキングも行いません。

本アプリは、カメラ・マイク・位置情報・連絡先・写真・動画・通知・トラッキング・支払い情報へのアクセスを要求しません。

7. 外部サービス・第三者コンポーネント

本アプリは、機能提供のために Flutter フレームワークに加え、SharedPreferences（端末内保存）、url_launcher（外部リンクを開く）、in_app_review（ストア標準のレビュー用ダイアログ表示）を使用します。本アプリ自身がこれらを通じて利用者情報を収集することはありません。

「アプリを評価」の操作は App Store / Google Play 側で完結し、本アプリが支払い情報やレビュー内容を取得することはありません。

8. 外部リンク

本アプリには、本プライバシーポリシーやサポートページを端末の標準ブラウザで開くリンクが含まれます。リンクをタップすると、OS の標準ブラウザで外部サイトが開きます。

コア計算は通信を必要とせず、本アプリ自身がサーバへデータを送信することはありません。法令で必要となる場合を除き、データを第三者と共有・販売することもありません。

10. データの保持・削除

設定値は端末内にのみ保存されるため、本アプリを削除すると、OS の挙動に従って端末内の設定値も削除されます。クラウド上に保管されるデータはないため、別途の削除依頼窓口は必要ありません。端末のバックアップや OS の挙動によっては、削除後もバックアップ内に情報が残る場合があります。詳細はご利用の端末・OS の仕様をご確認ください。

本アプリは子どもを対象にしたアプリではなく、個人データを収集しないため、子どもから個人情報を収集することもありません。年齢に関係なく、収集するデータはありません。

12. 本ポリシーの変更

法令の変更・本アプリの変更その他の理由により、本ポリシーを変更する場合があります。将来のバージョンでネットワーク機能・解析・ログイン・クラウド同期・アプリ内課金その他の外部サービス連携を追加する場合は、公開前に本ポリシーを更新し、本ページでお知らせします。
