- Using the app in any unlawful manner
- Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the app beyond what law permits
- Misrepresenting the app as providing medical, legal, or professional guarantees
5. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, and related materials are owned by KENTA OSAWA or licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
6. Disclaimer
Rehavo is a practice and pacing aid. We do not guarantee performance outcomes, accuracy under all conditions, or uninterrupted operation. Use at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KENTA OSAWA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the app.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app as needed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless mandatory local consumer laws apply.
