1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the app "Hourth" ("the App"), provided by KENTA OSAWA ("we" or "the Provider"). By installing or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. What the App Does and Intended Use

The App is a calculation tool that translates prices and time into metrics such as working hours, remaining life, and remaining non-work time, based on settings you enter (hourly wage, age, expected lifespan, and so on).

The intended use is to check, by your own standard, how heavy a purchase or use of time is before you commit to it. The App calculates deterministically using only your inputs and saved settings.

3. Disclaimer — Not Advice (Important)

The figures shown by the App are simplified estimates produced by fixed formulas.

• The App does not provide professional medical, financial, investment, saving, tax, legal, or psychological advice.
• Displays such as "expected lifespan" and "remaining life" are simplified calculations based on the settings you enter; they are not accurate lifespan predictions or diagnoses.
• "1/N" displays such as "remaining working life" or "time other than sleep and work" are guides produced by fixed formulas; they are not psychological assessments or judgments of your values.

The App's displays are reference information only. You are responsible for your own decisions.

4. Accuracy of Results

The App uses the settings you provide and fixed formulas. Because results simplify lifespan, work time, sleep time, and individual circumstances, they may differ from real-world conditions.

5. On-Device Data

The App stores only the settings needed for calculation on your device. It does not store price inputs, time inputs, calculation results, or history. Please see the separate Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the App is fit for any particular purpose, is error-free, or will operate without interruption on all devices or OS versions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. You use the App at your own responsibility, understanding that its displays are reference information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the App's features change. For material changes, we will provide notice on this page.

1. 本規約について

本規約は、KENTA OSAWA（以下「提供者」）が提供するアプリ「Hourth」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストールまたは利用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. 本アプリの内容と想定利用

本アプリは、価格や時間を、利用者が入力した設定値（時給・年齢・想定寿命など）に基づいて、労働時間・残り人生・睡眠や仕事以外の時間といった指標へ翻訳する計算ツールです。

想定する使い方は、買い物の前や時間を使う前に、その重さを自分の基準で確認することです。本アプリは、利用者の操作と設定値だけを使って決定的に計算を行います。

3. 免責 — 助言ではありません（重要）

本アプリが表示する数値は、固定された計算式による簡易的な見積りです。

• 本アプリは、医療・金融・投資・節約・税務・法律・心理に関する専門的助言を提供するものではありません。
• 「想定寿命」「残り人生」などの表示は、利用者が入力した設定値に基づく簡易計算であり、正確な寿命の予測や診断ではありません。
• 「残り労働人生」「睡眠・仕事以外の時間」などの 1/N 表示は、固定された計算式による目安であり、心理診断や価値観の判定ではありません。

本アプリの表示はあくまで参考情報です。実際の判断・意思決定は利用者ご自身の責任で行ってください。

4. 計算結果の正確性

本アプリは、利用者が入力した設定値と固定された計算式を用います。計算結果は、寿命・労働時間・睡眠時間・個々の事情などを単純化しているため、実際の状況とは異なる場合があります。

5. 端末内データ

本アプリは、計算に必要な設定値のみを利用者の端末内に保存します。価格の入力値・時間の入力値・計算結果・履歴は保存しません。データの取り扱いの詳細は、別途のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

6. 無保証

本アプリは「現状有姿（as-is）」で提供されます。提供者は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、エラーがないこと、すべての端末・OS バージョンで中断なく動作することを保証しません。

7. 責任の制限

法令で許される範囲において、提供者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる損害（直接・間接・付随的・結果的損害を含む）についても責任を負いません。利用者は、本アプリの表示を参考情報として理解した上で、自己の責任で利用するものとします。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。

9. 規約の変更

本アプリの機能変更に伴い、本規約を改定する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの内容を更新します。
