KENTA OSAWA ("Developer") establishes this Privacy Policy for the handling of user information in NeatPaste ("App").

This Privacy Policy applies to the App distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

This Privacy Policy applies to the App and to user information handled in connection with the App.

If the user moves from the App to an external service, external website, or third-party service, the policy of that provider applies.

The App formats text entered or pasted by the user on the user's device.

The Developer does not collect, store, upload, or receive text entered or pasted into the App.

The App does not store entered text, formatted text, history data, or account information on the device.

The App does not automatically collect user information.

3-4. Personal or Sensitive Information

The App does not collect or share personal information or sensitive user data.

3-5. External Services and Third-Party SDKs

The App provides a function to open legal pages in an external browser.

After opening a legal page in an external browser, the handling of information is governed by the user's browser, network environment, and the destination website.

4. Purpose of Use

Because the App does not collect text entered or pasted by the user, the Developer does not use that text.

If the user contacts the Developer by email, the Developer may use information provided by the user for support, identity confirmation when necessary, defect investigation, quality improvement, and legal compliance.

The Developer does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except where required by law.

The App does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, billing SDKs, or subscription SDKs.

The App handles data as follows.

"Offline" means that the core text formatting process does not require network communication. A web page may be opened in an external browser only when viewing legal information.

The Developer takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect information provided through support inquiries from leakage, loss, damage, unauthorized access, and other risks.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

The App does not store entered text, formatted text, history data, or account information, so there is no text data to delete inside the App.

Text entered or pasted into the App should be managed by the user through the user's own operation, device, clipboard, or source application.

Information received through support inquiries may be retained for the period necessary for response and then deleted by an appropriate method when no longer needed.

9. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

The App does not provide account creation, history storage, or cloud sync.

Therefore, there is no account deletion flow inside the App.
