If Notifications Do Not Arrive
If notifications do not arrive, please check your device's notification settings, battery saver settings, Focus mode, silent mode, and the OS notification controls. Depending on the device or OS state, notifications may be delayed or may not be displayed.
About Data Storage
Promise data is stored mainly on the device. Data may be lost due to deleting the App, device failure, device change, or OS behavior.
